The institute features nationally and internationally renowned counselors and psychotherapists. All faculty base their approach to counseling and psychotherapy in the principles of Adler's Individual Psychology while also striving to further develop and refine Adler's foundational ideas. The faculty utilize Adlerian theory as a foundation upon which to integrate strategies and techniques from other effective therapeutic approaches.
