The Adlerain Training Institute provides quality professional development training in Adlerian Counseling & Psychotherapy. The institute features a team of nationally and internationally renowned faculty. All our faculty base their approach to counseling and psychotherapy in the principles of Adler’s Individual Psychology while also striving to further develop and refine Adler’s foundational ideas. ATI faculty further utilize Adlerian Psychology as a foundation upon which the strategies and techniques of other therapeutic models can be readily integrated.
The Adlerian Training Institute provides high quality professional development programs for mental health professionals including Mental Health Counselors, Clinical Social Workers, Psychologists, Marriage and Family Therapists and Psychotherapists. ATI is particularly noted for the development of Adlerian Brief Therapy and its application in individual, couples and family therapy.
ATI also provides excellent staff development programs for educational professionals including Teachers, School Administrators, School Counselors, Special Education Teachers and School Psychologists. Educational workshops focus primarily upon practical strategies for developing a positive school and classroom environment, classroom behavior management, home-school collaboration, and effective assessment and intervention with student learning and/or behavior adjustment difficulties.
We will work with your organization to design a professional development experience that meets your staff or membership needs. This includes keynote speakers, half or full-day workshops, or two – five day intensive training experiences. In addition, we can work with your group to develop a sequence of professional development training leading to improved skills in a particular aspect of mental health or educational practice.
